Overview

Our client is looking for a good office all rounder who can work well within a small team and assist with the day to day running of the business using their own initiative Role • Confirm all purchase orders/ liaise with customers regarding orders in a timely manner via phone and email • Raise all purchase orders to suppliers • Follow up/ chase suppliers for orders as and when they are due via phone and email • Raise invoices to customers • Update all databases in regards to order processing • Keep raw material stock data up to date • Organise shipping / freight • Track shipments through from dispatch to delivery • Send all monthly account information to accountant • Monitor and chase debtors • Monitor the order process from start to finish • Check data accuracy of all incoming and outgoing purchase orders, purchase invoices and sales invoices • Produce weekly order reports for management • Take phone calls from customers and feedback any requests/ comments in a timely manner • Answer and file all relevant emails in a timely manner • Assist in promotional marketing materials when required Key Skills • Essential to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel • Excellent attention to detail, and an eye for numbers/ figures • Friendly and professional demeanour • Ability to prioritise own workload and work on own initiative General • Full-Time Role: Hours are 8.30 am - 5 pm, 1 hour for Lunch. 5 days per week.
