Overview

Becoming a Customer Engagement Analyst with Smart DCC: Fantastic contract opportunity for a Customer Engagement Analyst based in London on an initial 6 months contract. The Customer Engagement Analyst will support the change management process as part of the rollout of DCC's new engagement strategy to ensure effective control mechanisms are established. What you'll be doing: Support the Customer Engagement Policy Lead in the development of a change approach and training requirements to support DCC in improving customer engagement Ensure implementation of the new engagement processes and policies align with delivery of the customer portal Creation of guidance documents, training materials and change artefacts Development of reporting materials to demonstrate outcomes achieved Develop and maintain a change plan and approach that aligns and supports the delivery of the Engagement Strategy Deliver changes and improvements to business policies, processes and rules for engagement and assess these changes to adopt the principles of the new engagement strategy What we're looking for: Experienced in working within complex change management programs Detail-oriented problem-solvers who are able to employ critical thinking and time management skills Ability to communicate persuasively in person and on the page Experience of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders In all dealings, role-model our core values of Excellence, Partnership and Ingenuity Flexibility to travel and the occasional overnight stay within the UK About Smart DCC Smart DCC believes in making Britain more connected, so we can all lead smarter, greener lives.
