ERP Applications Support - Up to £35k Glasgow ERP applications accounts dynamics Support An award-winning software development firm require an ERP Applications Support analyst who will be the first point of contact for their clients. Having a background in ERP software is the main pre-requisite for the role such as Dynamics 365, Sage or Netsuite as full training in Dynamics 365 will be given. The role will provide opportunities to further develop your skillset and provide the successful candidate with a genuine career path for years. The main responsibilities and skills involve: 1st line support of Dynamics NAV /365 ERP background Analysis and troubleshooting of system issues from initial issue through to end resolution. Excellent verbal and written communication .NET or similar programming knowledge Accounting knowledge and MS software application knowledge. Application support of digital projects The role would suit candidates with a good Application support background with an accounting knowledge. The candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, the ability to multi-task, excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail.
