Overview
Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by an established organisation based in Hamilton to recruit an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This is a unique role, that offers the opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to take the next step in their career. The main duties: Authorising invoices Respond to invoice queries Accruals and prepayments Analysis of forecast/budgets Review product costs Prepare weekly and monthly reports Assist in preparation of business plan documents and updates Assisting the Finance Manager The main requirements: Previous Accounts Assistant experience Highly proficient in Excel Excellent communication skills Highly organised with high levels of attention to detail Be able to work to tight deadlines My client offers an attractive salary and package.
