Incorporating Acorn, Langford Russell and John Payne Estate Agents, we now have 36 offices and 10 Divisions. As we expand further, we are looking to appoint a Lettings Administrator to work within the Property Management department at our John Payne office in East Greenwich. The Lettings Administrator will report directly to the Lettings Operations Manager. Essential Skills required: Previous administrative experience preferably within a property based industry Excellent presentation both in person and in communications Articulate and confident Competent in literacy and numeracy Accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills of self and others Team Player Quality Customer Service Key Responsibilities and activities will include: Provide all aspects of Administrative support to Lettings Team Data input for new lets files and requests for information Organisation of targeted canvassing campaigns Register applicants in accordance with company set procedures Regular checks on Agents Board presence Responsibility for mail shots and in-branch marketing. Treat Customers fairly in accordance with the Acorn Group service standards To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception Salary: From £20,000 to £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)
