Being the first point of contact for customers via email or telephone. Data input and processing Data and information management, including the sorting and filing of documentation Providing management information, such as record data or market data in relation to the customer dealings, as required. Identify the customers performances for anti-money laundering To support your colleagues when needed. Ad hoc duties as allocated by the Head of Customer Support Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Must be fluent to native level in: Japanese Makes sure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the role Conveys first class customer service and takes personal accountability for resolving customer related matters. Works co-cooperatively and efficiently with others, making a full involvement to effective team performance. Is proactive in identifying ways to develop the role and improve processes Banking industry knowledge Essential: Excellent organisational and time management skills
