Overview
Conrad Consulting is working with one of the countries most prominent social housing contractors who are in the market for experienced Site Managers to join their business for sites across the West of Scotland. Working on new build developments valued from £2m - £15m our client delivers new communities across Scotland to address the housing shortage currently facing the Scottish economy. What You'll Bring We are looking to speak with individuals with a history of delivering social housing developments and working closely with external stakeholders and clients. You will be an accomplished construction professional comfortable managing multi trade sites ensuring these are resourced appropriately and that projects are delivered to programme and pre agreed financial budgets. Working closely with the client on all matters, there will be regular progress meetings and a constant dialogue between the site management team and the Clerk of Works. All developments will be constructed using timber frame methods so previous experience of this is essential and ideally you will have had some exposure to steel frame projects also (however this isn't a deal breaker) What Now?
