Overview
Nelson Chambers have been exclusively retained by a highly regarded City law firm based in Central London, who are consistently recognised by the market for their outstanding work in the Construction and Insurance market. They are now currently seeking a qualified Senior Associate to join their Contract and Projects team. The firm is seeking a 6 PQE front end Construction Lawyer to join their Construction, Engineering and Infrastructure Group to be based in their London Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team working on some of the most prestigious projects in the UK and Internationally. The successful candidate will be a talented front end, contracts and transactional construction lawyer with experience advising on procurement routes, engineering and construction documentation (including consultants' appointments, building contracts, collateral warranties, third party rights and security documentation), joint venuture agreements, PFI and PPP documentation, alliance agreements amongst other things. Our client currently works with the top 10 construction consultancies in the UK and also has an international presence. Experience of advising on projects internationally, including in the Middle East and Africa is preferred but not essential The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits package, with fantastic career progression.
