Seeking to continue to utilise leading edge technology to enhance products and services, the business is currently seeking a Document Automation Manager to join the Knowledge Management team. Supporting the delivery of selected services to clients through Document Automation, Search, Intranet, DMS, Experience Management and Closing Sets, the role focuses on managing the delivery of Document Automation services using Contract Express. A broad and varied brief includes: •Working with the global business to understand & manage demand for automation •Promoting the benefits & capabilities of document automation across the firm •Automation of single or multiple documents for audiences using Contract Express •Ownership of automation house style; ensuring the consistency of templates & documents •Leading the delivery of training programmes to increase automation awareness & capability •Providing reporting & data analytics on the document automation service •Acting as a business lead & subject matter expert on Knowledge Management •Management of a legal knowledge engineering team As an experienced Document Automation Manager, you will demonstrate expertise in automating documents using Contract Express, ideally gained within the Legal or Professional Services sector or a Legal department within a corporate environment, hands on staff management experience and an understanding of the structure, complexity and organisation of legal documents. The role demands an energetic, proactive approach, broad IT skills and strong analytical ability. Individuals must be willing to travel to UK, and occasionally, international sites.
