1st Line IT Support Engineer - Borehamwood - £25K £22K - £25K depending on experience Excellent Training A brilliant opportunity has become available to join one of Hertfordshire's leading companies. They are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to come onboard ASAP. This is the ideal position for the right aspiring engineer to kick start their career in Information Technology within a fast-growing company. You will be given a training plan and resources to assist you in becoming Microsoft accredited initially, followed by other vendor-specific certifications such as Cisco, Mimecast etc. There are excellent opportunities for progression internally due to the organisations structure. This position will see you progress through to Tier 2 and 3 Engineer statuses as quickly as you pick the technical skills up Duties include; managing the ticketing queue, answering phones, logging, assigning and escalating issues appropriately and onsite customer support including small projects.
