FINANCE MANAGER - WORCESTER - 32-37Kpa - PERM Our client is willing to consider candidates who are looking for flexibility or part-time hours. Greenwellgleeson are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager for a small organisation based in Worcester. This role will report straight into the CEO, with two direct reports. You will support the organisation in any commercial decisions including HR and IT as well as taking responsibility for the long-term financial strategy & financial viability of the organisation. Duties will include but are not limited too - Leading the annual budgeting process Preparation of monthly management accounts and associated forecasts, undertaking analysis and reporting to stakeholders as required. Management of the year-end audit process and preparation of annual statutory accounts. Ensure appropriate risk management and financial controls are embedded throughout the organisation. To assist the CEO in the identification of new funding streams and assess the financial viability of new projects to minimise the risk to the business.
