Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Advisor - ASAP Start Location: Gateshead Pay Rate: £10 per hour Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (Monday - Sunday ) must be fully flexible Start date / Duration: Immediately starts / initially 4 weeks but could be extended Inbound Customer Service Advisor, Gateshead, £10p/h We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join this award winning business; modern offices in a stunning location. Purely inbound calls No previous experience needed Life as a Customer Service Advisor As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be taking a large amount of inbound calls from the general public. You will be asking them a series of questions and providing them with the best advise I.E what to do next Every call will be different and you'll take high volumes of calls every day. This means that the time flies, but it's up to you to ensure that each person is given a 5 service and that their queries are rectified and resolved. You'll work 37.5 hours per week, shift patterns between 7am and 11pm Mon to Sunday fully flexible. What you'll need as a Customer Service Advisor Whether or not you have customer service experience, we'd like to hear from people who can deliver a friendly and professional service. You'll be a 'people person' who's happy to help. Your personality is far more important than your previous experience.
