Overview
NRG are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic business on a temporary basis. The role is to start on Friday 6th March initially for 4 weeks, but this could be extended. The business is located in Gateshead and will require the successful applicants to be fully flexible to work 24/7. Shifts are likely to be between the hours of 7am- 11pm but full flexibility is required. The role will require the successful candidate to take inbound calls from members of the public and deliver comprehensive and correct information. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a call centre environment - but this isn't essential. Please apply today if you are interested and available for this roles.
