Overview
Our client, a leading lifestyle brand are looking for a French speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their fast growing Customer Service team. As part of the team you will work across both the French and English markets so should be fluent in both languages. Responsibilities include: Answering customer’s queries via all channels - phone, email, live chat and social media Keep customers informed of delivery updates, delays or stock shortages. Provide excellent aftercare Work closely with the Operations team and follow up on outstanding order and shipping updates. Ensure customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and in line with our service level agreements.
