We are all massive music fans and if there is not Queen blasting from the speakers it is because the baby is sleeping Our oldest son, has Cerebral Palsy but that doesn’t stop him trampolining, horse riding, and swimming every chance he gets. He is a very active teenager, loves being outdoors and is a absolute chatterbox. His brothers (9&8) are also very active boys, and there is nothing better than seeing them all play, ski, and an occasional nerf gun fight outside together. Our daughter who is a one years old, is learning to give as good as she gets in a house full of boys and loves nothing more than wrestling them and showing them who’s boss. Overview of role: We are looking for a family support worker, a team member who is comfortable around all the children. Who can assist in all areas that make a family home run well, and support mum and dad. The role requires the need for organisation, planning, and flexibility. But it also requires the need of seeing the potential all our children have, of assisting and supporting them in their daily lives, and being fun. We love listening to Queen, but nothing makes us happier than hearing our children laugh and having fun. Who this job would suit: We have such an amazing and strong care team already but we need YOU If you consider yourself fun, energetic and committed, with all round childcare experience. If you are able to lead, be creative and use your initiative. We would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, being a mixture of shifts, including 06.00 until 09.00, 15.00 until 19.00, 10.00 until 20.00. Sleep-ins 22.00 until 09.00 or 10.00.
