Take advantage of our recommend a friend scheme £200 for a qualified nurse and £50 for unqualified staff (HCA/Support Worker) Responsibilities and Expectations Of The Role Getting to know service users, their interest and needs Promoting independence treating people equally with dignity and respect Working with other health and social care professionals Promoting and enabling social inclusion Washing and dressing Serving meals and assisting with feeding Helping people to mobilise Toileting Bed making Generally assisting with service users' overall comfort Monitoring service users' conditions, recording and communicating observations and care given Allocating carers to duties Good team leading skills Requirements For The Role: A passion for care and commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of vulnerable people.
