THE OPPORTUNITY Advanced Nurse Practitioner THE BACKGROUND Our client offers independent and on site clinics, providing a wide range of services including same-day appointments, travel vaccinations, sexual health advice, private blood tests, nursing services and HRT treatment for menopause. We also offer a range of health checks and screenings that can detect potential issues before they cause real damage. THE RESPONSIBILTIES As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will work independently to provide a general nursing service for our clients company based in Manchester. This is a varied role and each day will be different however your main duties will involve: assessing, diagnosing and treatment minor illness, dressings, ear syringing, smears, venepuncture and cholesterol testing. In addition, you will help to coordinate the defined primary care activities and help to ensure that compliance with relevant legislation is maintained within the clinic. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Registered Nursing Degree Registered clinical MSc - RCN Accredited Advanced Nurse Practitioner NMC accredited Nurse Independent Prescriber Mentor/teaching qualification Clinical supervision training and experience Advanced clinical practice skills in the management of patients with complex needs Clinical examination skills Advanced Life Support Advanced Nurse Practitioner / South Manchester / Salary £45,185 pro rata / 1 day per week THE DETAILS Location: Manchester City Centre Job-type: Permanent Salary: £45,185 pro rata TTM Healthcare is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
