This is a core role within the Insights team of a leading retailer, where you will have the responsibility of influencing key business and category decisions from a customer and market perspective. Working with a talented team of Insights and Category Managers you will ensure the customer is at the heart of all decision making, working on exciting business unit projects with stakeholders you will help to distribute data & insights across the business. Offering a variety of benefits, a great work-life balance and a collaborative vibrant environment the business also holds progression and development at its core, with the opportunity to learn and grow in other areas of the business About You Will experience in a data-focused role Has experience working with or in a consumer goods / FMCG business Has the ability to influence stakeholders and partners across the business Can work in a hypothesis-led way to break down complex problems Can analyse, challenge and understand data Excellent working knowledge of Excel Can work with Panel data/ a variety of agencies Your New Role Work with trading partners and stakeholders to understand priorities for categories that need support and insight Lead on analytical and research projects and support on large trading insight projects to combine knowledge, data and primary research to answer key customer questions Embed self-service tools and encourage the use of customer insight across relevant teams Report on trends and updates within relevant areas, offering this insight to wider teams Interpret customer and market data This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89894798
