Group Customs Compliance Manager - 3rd Party Supplier - Newcastle- Under- Lyme - Up to £65,000 About the Company A major manufacturing 3rd party supplier, based in Stoke-On-Trent, is looking for a Customs Manager to join their team. You MUST have trade compliance / customs experience - Import and Export Group Customs Compliance Manager - The Rewards £50,000 - £65,000 Competitive pension scheme Expanding business Career opportunities Flexible working Group Customs Compliance Manager - Requirements Degree in Business, Logistics or Operational Management or related field, or equivalent Extensive experience in International Trade and Customs Ability to demonstrate strong literacy and communication skills European language skills would be beneficial Group Customs Compliance Manager - Responsibilities Minimum 5 years' trade and compliance experience (Import & Export) In-depth knowledge import/export licenses and requirements related to global customs clearance Experience of identifying trade optimisation opportunities Wide scope of knowledge of import/export customs regulations Performing compliance reviews, measuring and enhancing compliance performance Leading customs import and compliance activities Developing new and amending existing compliance policies, procedures and programs as and when necessary About Us Detail2Recruitment acts as an employment agency in respect of this position.
