Technical role for a Salesforce expert, working with a large (and growing) leisure organisation The role Our client is consistently expanding, and are currently undertaking a migration of all their data to Salesforce platforms. They're looking for a CRM expert to join them in their team to assist with this process to enable them to understand their data, make sure its accurate and cleansed as well as looking at ways they can improve the way they hold and analyse information. Reporting to the Group CRM Manager you will be the expert user of the company's CRM, data management and ticketing systems and tools and will assist with the planning and development of CRM strategies. You'll administer, integrate and rollout new software platforms across and group and you'll be involved with onboarding and training of staff, so whilst this is a data role, you won't be sat behind a computer all the time You'll liaise with 3rd party software partners and providers as well and will travel around the various sites on occasion. You'll also be aware of GDPR in order to ensure compliance of all new data added to the platform. What we're looking for Have we mentioned you must have at least 12 months experience of using Salesforce or a similar system? This could be from a CRM specialist role, a data analysis role or a customer insight position and you'll also have a basic understanding of SQL. Our client is currently using Salesforce Lightning, but will also consider Salescloud or Microsoft Dynamics and will provide Salesforce specific training. You'll have experience of data profiling software such as Mosiac and will have previously worked on integration or build of CRM platforms. You must be able to analyse, interpret and present complex results in an easily understandable format. Due to the clients location, it's also pretty essential that you have access to your own vehicle. What's on offer?
