Test Manager - Problem Manager - Defect Manager - Southend We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a massive Global Consultancy who require a Test Manager for one of their Public sector Clients. This will be a 6-month contract based in Southend. Project Description - The Test and Release Service is part of the Capgemini global group and the Industry leaders in testing services delivering across the public sector in the UK. We deliver a wide variety of projects across multiple technology platforms into numerous business areas. It is a fast paced and challenging environment to work within. Role description - Using JIRA - Create & Export data to enable programme level reporting of defects to the Senior Stakeholders, and Coordinate MI. Produce defect reporting/root cause analysis,verifying any fixed issues. Attend & facilitate PRFs working with Test Managers and 3rd party suppliers to ensure information is updated & supports agreed reporting times. Create & export Management Information & provide to senior level stakeholders. Challenge information to drive out potential questions or challenges Task description - Create and Export Jira information to enable programme level reporting of defects to the Senior Programme Stakeholders on behalf of the Programme Tasks - Produce defect reporting/root cause analysis and verifying any fixed issues that are complete Co-ordination of all defect management/Management Information using JIRA Defect Management Attend and facilitate Problem Review Forums (PRFs) working with 3rd party and suppliers on behalf of the programme Work with 3rd parties and suppliers to ensure information is updated into Jira to support agreed reporting times Create and export Management Information and provide to senior programme level stakeholders Work with the TRDG Test Managers to ensure information is provided to support agreed reporting times Challenge information to drive out potential questions or challenges Technologies - JIRA Management Information Microsoft Project/OWB, ISEB Practitioner or equivalent This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89889268
