As our Application Support Analyst you'll take ownership of and be first point of contact for all our IT systems and software, including Salesforce and our ERP system. Working closely with our UK and European business you'll be constantly identifying areas for improvement, looking to evolve processes and increase efficiency where possible. As the key person to developing the relationship further you'll: · Liaise with our Headquarters & external service providers to ensure our systems are kept up to date. · Create and modify business critical reports and dashboards. · Carry out data analysis for the senior leadership team, utilising in-house BI (Qlik) and Salesforce. · Work with our external Quality Consultants to develop, maintain and monitor our ISO accreditations. · Manage all licenses, user profiles & permissions. · Provide technical/IT training for all staff. · Be the main point of contact between the UK and Global Head Office (based in Europe) Having read this far hopefully we have outlined that this is really a hands-on role for an experienced Application Support Analyst to 'run your own show'. You'll need to be confident and engaging to ensure that both complex and simple issues are resolved quickly. Most likely you will: · Show a proven track record in Salesforce modification / support and some form of BI tool knowledge. · Have a demonstrable history of communicating with all types of personnel, from basic system users through to Managing Directors and all levels in between. · Be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into whatever technical challenges present themselves. Above all, you'll have a passion for IT and be a life-long learner who is always looking for ways to improve systems and process for the benefit of everyone.
