Practitioner - Psychologist The post holder will be committed to evidence based practice, supervision and will be provided with professional development opportunities. They will be an integral member of the Multidisciplinary Team and contribute to clinical meetings and care planning. The successful candidate will be able to offer a range of psychological assessments and interventions and be able to deliver group therapy, staff group supervision and reflective practice. The post holder must have the ability to carry out complex assessments, formulate care plans and be able to offer a range of therapeutic interventions. The role holder should be familiar with outcome monitoring and evaluation of the care delivered, they should also be experienced in working as part of a Mental Health Multi Disciplinary Team. Successful candidates will be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and will be trained to masters or doctorate level within one of the following specialisms; ? Clinical Psychologist ? Counselling Psychologist ? Forensic Psychologist. The successful candidate will be expected to bring the psychological leadership, clinical and consultation skills necessary to offer an outstanding psychology service to their service users and multidisciplinary teams.
