A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Deployment Engineer to join our clients site in the Birmingham areas Role: Windows Deployment Engineer Location: Birmingham and areas around Rate: £13/hr (Umbrella) Contract /Adhoc / inconsistent work A leading provider of IT services and solutions are currently looking for a Deployment Engineer to join their expanding team at their prestigious locations around Nottingham and it's areas. The successful engineer will take part in Windows 10 deployment of laptops and desktops. This work will consist of deskside swaps in office, warehouse and shop front areas of a trading store. You will be required to connect and test Chip and Pin devices, connect & test printers, set up login and encryption software. Experience of Windows 10 and MS Office applications is a key requirement for this role . You will also be responsible for troubleshooting users with both hardware and software issues. With highly developed interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to engage with customers and ensure that you provide a consistently positive customer experience. In addition, you'll have the ability to work flexibly in various IT systems, hardware, deployments, rollouts and configuration along with a drive and passion to succeed.
