Exciting Payroll position in fast paced, dynamic and close knit team; lots of opportunity to develop Payroll Officer Permanent & Full Time Swansea £18-23,000 - all dependent on experience This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a very busy, fast paced company. You will have the confidence to submit RTI info to the HMRC website as well as processing pension and auto enrolment information, handling payroll enquiries and processing starters and leavers on the system. You will already have a track record in Payroll, from either industry or practice; you will need to have significant experience on your CV to be eligible for the upper end of the salary bracket. You will be responsible for working in a fast paced team completing payroll for 1000 employees, inputting hours for weekly, monthly and shift patterns payments. You will be maintaining the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data; identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records and answering staff and line manager questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records You will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment where attention to detail is paramount.
