£38,000 p/a | Full- Time Days - Mainly Supernumerary | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered | Elderly & Dementia Home - Good CQC A 50 bedded private nursing home in the Gosport area currently requires an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD Nurse Manager to work as Deputy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding care group and work in a modern home. Details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Deputy Nurse Manager position and what the home is offering: 40 hours per week on a permanent basis Day shifts only, with some weekends and on call work due to the seniority of the role Excellent annual salary of £45,000 Free on-site parking As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the day to day clinical and operational management of the home and will run the home in their absence. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management and will participate in clinical audits and supervisions.
