Overview

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join a small, friendly team based near Fleet. Working in a successful consultancy, this role will support the specialist consultants in providing a seamless service to a broad range of UK and international clients. Main responsibilities include: Ensuring efficient, accurate flow of project information from start to finish Monitoring incoming emails, responding or passing to the appropriate person Making calls to gather information from a variety of sources Ensuring consultants' quotations are accurate and submitted to clients in a timely manner Accurate data input, including from audio recordings Assistance with diary management Accurate filing and archiving. Key skills: A courteous, friendly manner Self-motivated with the ability to take responsibility and find solutions to problems Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information Strong coordination skills and the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure Effective verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Flexibility and previous experience of working in a small team Good working knowledge of Word, Excel. We are searching for a candidate with a real 'can do' attitude who'll enjoy learning all about the consultancy business and building positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers. Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday Salary and Benefits: £22-25K dependant on experience, with the possibility of a non-contractual annual bonus. AE Pension and 28 days' holiday (including bank hols) plus extra days for shut down at Christmas. Free parking.
