Overview
My client, a well established Legal 500 firm with multiple offices throughout the regions, is now looking for a junior-mid level Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its team in Kent. The team deals with a full range of commercial disputes including contractual disputes, property disputes, negligence claims, shareholder & director disputes, and claims under the Consumer Credit Act. You will be joining a small-medium sized busy team where there is a caseload ready to be picked up. As one of the most junior members of the department you will be working closely with the Partners and more senior fee-earners in order to ensure the constant development of our skills and experience. Both Solicitors and Legal Executives will be considered for the position and ideally you should have at least 1 years experience managing your own caseload of contentious matters.
