Overview
Fleet Administrator Medway City Estate NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS Joining an expanding family business, this is a varied role, for a 12month fixed term contract The role of Fleet Administrator will include:- Administration to ensure all 60 cars and vans within the business are compliant and legal Tracking and logging MOT's, services, repairs, insurance and tax renewal dates etc Creating job cards and ordering parts for the in-house mechanic to complete works Ensuring each vehicle is stocked with first aid kits, required site documents etc Taking vehicles to service sites as necessary The successful Fleet Administrator will:- Have previous experience of fleet management, including updating in-house computer systems Have a full driving licence Have strong Excel skills Have strong administration skills, and be a good organiser
