Job title: Banking & Finance Senior Associate Location: London Salary: £105,000 PQE: 6 Are you a senior solicitor looking for a fresh start? An international law firm is looking to recruit an additional solicitor to join their growing Banking & Finance London team What do you need: The candidate should be a senior associate (or equivalent) with solid experience in corporate lending and especially funds finance, with a recognised City or leading regional firm. The candidate should be able to work across the spectrum of clients, including lenders, private equity, debt funds and corporates. Recent relevant experience is a must have. The Team: The Banking team provides commercial advice to and acts for financial institutions and corporate clients. The cases span a wide-ranging spectrum of corporate banking and real estate finance such as corporate lending, private equity, general banking transactions, acquisition and structured finance, real estate and project finance, asset-based lending and restructuring work.
