Financial Disputes Associate 0-4 PQE Manchester We are recruiting for a Financial Disputes Associate with 0-4 years' PQE. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a top tier law firm with an outstanding reputation internationally. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Based in the Manchester office you will deal with a broad range of matters with a Financial Sector focus including breach of mandate and conversion claims, security enforcement disputes, commercial fraud, asset and sales finance disputes, investigations and contentious regulatory work. The firm acts for a mixture of large corporate entities and financial institutions. Key Candidate Requirements: At least 0-4 years' PQE in a similar role. Strong academic background. A willingness to deal with a mixture of Financial Litigation/ Contentious Regulatory & Investigation matters and Financial Crime.
