Head of Digital and ICT

Here at Johnnie Johnson Housing, we are looking for a highly experienced Head of Digital and ICT to join our Operational Leaders Team. This is a key role where you will provide leadership and direction to our ICT team along with expert guidance and advice with your Director of Data and Digital Transformation to the Executive Team and Board on the development of a digital strategy and the deployment of digital solutions within the business. As the Head of Digital and ICT you will deliver comprehensive and innovative digital solutions that drive efficiency and deliver an enhanced Customer experience in support of Johnnie Johnson and Astraline’s journey to become an outstanding and market making organisation. Working closely with the Head of Business Transformation and Communications, this will be delivered through leadership and development of a Digital Strategy to create the following: • A programme of Customer Digital Engagement • Employee empowerment and engagement in the design and delivery of digital systems • The creation of digital innovation and a digital culture across the organisation • The development of customer centric and streamlined business processes supported through digital technology. About you With a track record of managing and developing professional ICT Services and budgets, you must be capable of acting as the organisation’s specialist in Digital, ICT, data quality and digital inspired business insight and demonstrate highly developed project management skills. Experience in the development of data quality policies is essential and you must be able to manage and motivate technical and business teams to deliver strategic objectives and exceptional results. A degree in a computing/digital related discipline or equivalent experience is required as is a minimum of three years’ experience in a senior transformation role where IT Strategy has been delivered. Alternatively, if you don’t hold a relevant qualification you will need to have at least five years’ experience in a relevant senior position.
