Product Owner - Backend Systems - £65,000 - West London My client has over 20 years of expertise and they are proud of their commercial success that has seen them assume a position of market leadership and grow 10-fold in the past 3 years. Their business is both online and instore and combines retail and service. To manage the rapid growth in their business they are in need of a dynamic and experienced Product Owner who will support with the management and development of their internal software and help introduce a process of regular optimisation throughout the customer journey as well as helping to identify and coordinate the design and development of new functionality. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience working with backend systems is essential e.g. CRM, Finance tool, PIM, Logistics, Purchasing etc. Experience in an ecommerce environment working with product information is desirable Strong Analytics experience and Data driven decision making Experience in change management is desirable Experience is training end users would be beneficial Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills Experience within cross-functional teams Agile environment is desirable Demonstrated experience in backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization Strong level of commercial acumen to ensure understanding of business value and implications of the team's technical deliverable Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/89938469
