Director of Clinical Services £55,000 - £65,000 p/a pension, sick pay, life assurance and more St Neots Mental Health - Adults Overview Compass Associates are delighted to be working exclusively working with an respected and established healthcare provider in search for a newly created position of Director of Clinical Services to report directly into the Hospital Director. We are looking for someone with a proven background within a similar role of Director of Clinical Services, Deputy Hospital Director, Clinical Manager or General Manager. You will be working closely with the Hospital Director is driving this service forward and supporting them with excellent management and leadership for the staff at the site. Criteria You must be an clinician e.g. RMN or RNLD nurse, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist, etc Either currently or have worked in a similar position for 2 years Have experience within inpatient mental health or learning disabilities Have excellent communication skills Be able to offer excellent clinical management and leadership A clean and clear NMC/HCPC pin and DBS Package Salary is up to £65,000 p/a depending upon experience plus benefits such as pension, life assurance, sick pay, child care vouchers and more. Annual leave is 25 days bank holidays.
