Machine Operatives / Packers

MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company, who are currently expanding. We are looking for candidates who will be working in a fast paced production environment packing for customer’s specifications from the end of a high speed machine. Duties: Ability to work safely & observe Health & Safety regulations. Work is physical in nature. Pack envelopes into boxes at speed. Percentage quality checks of finished product during production. Maintain production records during manufacture. Maintain housekeeping standards Punctual and reliable Able to work to tight deadlines Accurate and have attention to detail Flexible and adaptable as you are likely to undertake several different tasks in one shift Able to stand for long periods of time MTrec Recruitment are looking for Candidates who have: A positive attitude and are willing to learn more skills on the job Confidence on the job and are happy to take on more responsibility if necessary. Experience in working in a factory environment (Full training will be provided) Shifts: Initial training Mon -Friday 08:00 - 17:00 for 4 weeks 36 hours per week alternates - Days & Nights Additional overtime (optional) With a 40 minute paid break.These hours may vary with the requirements of the business.
