Overview
An exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join my client’s team based in Milton Keynes. An ideal candidate will be newly qualified or has up to 2 years post qualified experience (PQE). The successful candidate will be working with an experienced and highly rated team who advise on a wide range of employment related problems. Responsibilities: • Assist clients with disciplinary matters, grievances, ill health and discrimination issues • Deal with all aspects of employment tribunal litigation • Advise businesses on the employment aspects of complex restructures, business acquisitions, outsourcing arrangements and corporate transactions Should you have any questions or wish to apply please do not hesitate to contact Clear Legal and Financial Recruitment.
