Clinical Lead Location: Manchester, Prestwich - M25 Salary: £18.50 Paid Breaks - £38480 Days, 40 hours per week. Flexible Supernumerary hours Time Recruitment are exclusively working with a small robust nursing service who are looking for a Clinical Lead to join their quality service based in Prestwich. As a Clinical Lead you will be based in a service that has been awarded a Gold Standard Frame work for its standard in palliative care nursing. Clinical Lead Duties: Flexible supernumerary hours Protection and Support of the Health needs of Individuals. Assessment of care and health care needs. Development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care. To develop team management skills and take part in unit cover as required in all areas. Reviewing current practices and implementing appropriate changes based on research/best practice. Developing and implementing audit, quality and risk management initiatives.
