Overview
Consumer Additions are working with a growing consumer goods business on an exciting new role as a Management Accountant. This company's flagship brand is a widely recognised in the UK and US. This Management Accountant will join an ambitious and personable team to help them through a busy period. This is a 3-6 month role whilst they implement their new finance system and is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience within a strong brand. This person will be able to handle deadlines efficiently and in a timely manner. Role Responsibilities: Budgeting and forecasting Balance sheet reconciliation of all accounts Improve existing financial systems and processes Management/board level including board and shareholder pack Produce and review various monthly and weekly reporting Ownership of production of management accounts including detailed analysis Key Requirements: Immediate start Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Experience in Dynamic and NAV systems Experience in the following industries: retail, fashion, hospitality, FMCG Experience with bank reconciliation, journals, accruals Analytical, attention to detail and commercial Pro-active approach and an ability to deliver to deadlines Willing to learn & develop with a 'cando’ attitude Multi-site experience is preferable but not compulsory.
