Overview
We are looking for a Network and Telecoms Engineer to work in a customer driven role for an exciting software house based in Ipswich. This role will be responsible for working with new customers implementing and designing solutions, ensuring implementations are completed in line with solution design, working on full end to end projects from scoping to go-live, troubleshooting implementations and also acting as a final escalation point for complex technical issues. There will be a considerable amount of training provided in this role, there will be a huge amount of opportunity to expand your networking/telephony skills in the form of certifications as well as on the job training. You will have a good understanding of networking, ideally some telecoms knowledge and if you have experience of AWS it would be highly regarded.
