You will work on the highest quality of work, the caseload will be broad and encompass all areas of Community Care Law, ranging from; Care Act and Children Act assessments and Court of Protection, safeguarding, care plans to welfare cases supporting people with disabilities, those who wouldn't have access to private funds and migrants etc. The department now has over of over 20 members and has recently invested in state-of-the-art tech systems. The firm sets realistic billings targets and provides a career development plan to each individual that maps out personal goals to Partnership. The ethos of the team is one of helping and supporting each other from within. You will have at least be an NQ - 3 years PQE Solicitor in Community Care Law, you will have good experience of running your own caseload, if you have experience of representing clients in Court of Protection matters it would be advantageous.
