Overview
Simon Acres Recruitment are working with an industry leading kitchen and bathroom specialist in the Lancashire area to find a quality Showroom Manager to lead the showroom team. This position incorporates maximising sales and consistently delivering excellent customer service standards. Your duties will include: Showing enthusiastic leadership and management in the showroom Inspiring, coaching and creating an outstanding showroom team Constantly investing in team development Creating a sales-driven and customer focused showroom Driving and influencing sales and margin growth through effective use of layouts, displays, pricing and promotions Planning day to day operations including the management of showroom stocks Providing structured feedback on sales, products and customer feedback to the Managing Director This would be the ideal role for a Showroom Manager or an Assistant Showroom Manager, looking for the next challenge in their career.
