Overview

Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £17,500.00. Job Elements: - · To ensure correct and adequate items are available to enable field service engineers to complete calls as required by customers. · Process pick requests for engineer stocks including the administration stock listings, providing feedback on ETAs and sourcing items on back order. · Produce replenishment data and labels for items to be shipped to the depots. · Update the management system data obtained from stock audits made throughout the warehouses. · Administer International despatches and stock reconciliation. · Track consignments if lost. · Administer stock adjustments, records and audits. · General administrative duties to support the warehouse and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have: · Experience of using stock management databases · Warehouse environment experience · Experience of picking and shipping stock · Strong communication skills both verbal and written · Effective interpersonal skills with ability to build a rapport with internal and external contacts · Good organisation skills · Able to prioritise efficiently · High level of computer literacy Petrie Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
