Customer Service Advisor - Cardiff

One of the UK's leading providers of skilled technical resource supporting the regulatory environment is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work within the financial services sector for a client in Cardiff. You will be working on a major project for a large UK Financial Services company and will receive excellent opportunities to progress within a growing project. You will be required to work shifts of 7.5 hours between Monday and Saturday to accommodate all customers. Please note you will not be making any cold calls or required to cross or up sell any products at any time. As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include: - Managing inbound calls from customers to discuss any questions or queries they may have. - Providing a clear and efficient response within company guidelines and always putting the customer first. - Updating the client database with all key information required from the call. - Working to client and regulatory policies and procedures at all times. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who has the following skills and experiences: - Excellent communication skills, to include fluent English both written and verbal. - Numerate, analytical with excellent IT systems orientation. - Strong ability with Word and Excel. - Extremely professional, well presented and motivated with a strong work ethic. - Flexible and dedicated with the desire to succeed at all costs. - The ability to travel to Cardiff for this role. - Willingness to complete a Criminal Records Bureau check for this project. - Willingness to undertake a full credit check report. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate with a degree from a UK University or someone who has some customer service experience.
