Real Estate Solicitor Camberley, Surrey Salary dependent on experience / qualifications A reputable, Legal 500 law firm are seeking an accomplished Senior Real Estate Solicitor or Partner to join their busy property team in their Camberley office. This is an excellent opportunity to join this longstanding and outstanding firm. The successful candidate will manage a caseload consisting of a mix of commercial property matters to include development and/or investment property work, and/or the disposal/acquisition of businesses and secured lending. Duties will include: Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion Drafting and approving various legal documentation Effectively maintain the firm's case management system Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with Conduct legal research where appropriate Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis, to include travelling to client meetings Supervising junior members of the team Ensure the successful development and profitability of the department and the firm Attending and taking part in business development activities Areas of focus will include: Business Leases Commercial Property Construction Enfranchisement and Lease Extensions Equity Release Land and Property Disputes Landowners - Selling Land for Development Plot Sales Problems with Restrictive Covenants Property Development and Housebuilding Property Investment Strategic Land Secured Lending Desired skills: Relevant qualifications - degree/LPC/training contract, CILEx Have very high level of technical competence Fee earning experience essential Proven track record of meeting targets Experience in supervising team members Have strong interpersonal skills Professional and proactive approach Have a focus on client care Sound legal knowledge within the processes Following desirable The firm offer a very competitive salary with a benefits package.
