Page Personnel are exclusively working with a large multinational business in Brighton with links to public transport. They are actively searching for an experienced AP Manager to join the business. Description Take responsibility for the day to day management of the processing teams, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely payment of suppliers, sub-contractors, consultants and staff expenses. Lead, motivate, coach and develop team to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, and delivery of objectives to create a positive working environment Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of core services to a high standard and identify efficiencies to key business processes Select and develop the right people Report accurate PL SSC information to management as required. Work with management to plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency To comply with Company Policies and Procedures To fulfill Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy Statement, Manual and Safe Systems of Work To support and practice the Company's Quality Policy and Mission Statement To follow the Company's Equalities Policies in relation to other staff, customers and members of the Group, at a level appropriate to the post To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department.
