Audit and Compliance Adviser Location: Taunton Salary: Depending on experience The Company: We are working with a top claim’s management company in the Taunton area who are looking to hire an analytical candidate in their Audit and Compliance team. The Role: Your role will be focuses on supporting the businesses quality and compliance responsibilities, conducting audits and fact finding under the direction and support of the senior compliance team. Using an internal audit, you will provide an analysis and assurance that regulatory standards are being met. You will prepare internal audit work preparing and presenting findings both verbal and written reflecting results. The Required Skills: The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker, conducting audits and fact finding Good customer service and negotiation skills with a good understanding of complaints processes Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages) High Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Good communication skills (both written and oral)
