Overview
Client Services Executive - Harpenden - £25,000 - £27,500 plus bonus (£1,500 per quarter) A fantastic opportunity for Client Services Executive to join an exciting firm based in Harpenden. My client are a successful International Business who are going through a really exciting period. The Client Services Executive serves as the primary operational contact for the contact. This role will work in a collaborative fashion with the wider commercial team to transition the account after the point of sale. The main responsibility of the Client Services Executive is to manage the delivery, acceptance and deduction of recovery claims for the clients. The main responsibilities for the Client Services Executive are: Build strong relationships with assigned clients (at multiple levels), thoroughly understanding the internal processes, goals and motivations of the client Work with the Client Services Manager and Director of Operations EMEA, to develop new strategies and approaches to optimise the audit and address barriers to success Through regular interaction with the client, identify opportunities for improving service and work with the Business Development team on new opportunities to generate additional revenue Conduct weekly and ad hoc client meetings via phone and/or in person. Agenda to include claims/escalations Develop analytics and presentations that support periodic business reviews Analyse data and audit performance Make recommendations for audit program changes Perform secondary calls related to collections of aged receivables Create and maintain key client data in Salesforce Interact and support the Client Services Support Specialist The required skills for this role are: Results-driven with an infectious "can do" attitude and ability to built comradery Excellent analytical skills combined with the ability to translate findings into strategic improvements Ability to organise and prioritise effectively when faced with multiple tasks Ideally prior experience as an Account Manager/Client Services or Account Representative Ideally prior experience with billing financial systems such as Oracle and SAP Ideally a Bachelor's degree within Accounting, Finance or Business Administration Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications Ideally experience working in the Salesforce platform Salary and Benefits The role of Client Services Executive will be based in Harpenden and will have a salary of £25,000 - £27,500 plus bonus (up to £1,500 per quarter) and other company specific benefits.
