We are currently recruiting for Despatch Operatives at our Brackley site based in Northamptonshire and have a range of shifts including days & nights . We have a range of permanent and temporary 4, 8 or 12 week fixed term contracts available now. We are a leading supplier of Poultry products into an impressive range of customers in the UK retail and food service sectors. As a member of the Despatch Team within Despatch, you’ll help maintain an excellent service to our customers by picking and loading product to be despatched to in a safe efficient manner. Purpose of the role As a Despatch Operative you will be accountable for all warehouse duties to include; picking, scanning, loading, stock taking, palletising and operating a fork lift. We have a robust training program in place to help support the right candidate to develop skills in MHE and despatch processes. So if you are looking for a new challenge or have a proven track record of working in a similar role this is an excellent opportunity to be part of our new Logistics team What we are looking for To be successful in the role as Despatch Operative you will have: Good communication skills A responsible attitude and a flexible approach to duties The ability to work to tight deadlines A keen eye for detail and an enthusiastic work ethic Typical hours for a Despatch Operative are as follows: Week 1 Sunday: 13:00 to 19:45 Monday: 10:00 to 22:00 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 13:45 to 22:00 Week 2 Monday: 13:30 to 22:00 Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 13:45 to 22:00 Friday: 15:15 to 01:30 What’s in it for you?
