Overview
Operator/Deburrer - Based in Poole I am currently recruiting for an Operator/Deburrer which is a permanent position to work for a precision engineering company who offer excellent career prospects Basic £27,825.00 - (£14.46 per hour) - Overtime paid after 37 hours per week plus Candidates MUST be able to work Double Days 2 weeks of Earlies and 2 weeks of Lates Excellent benefits - 33 days holidays, pension, death in service, additional training The purpose of this to precision deburr, finish and clean all machined components and produce work to a high quality controlled standard within various industries. Candidate Proven experience of precision deburring of metal components and running and using various machine tools Ability to produce work to a high quality controlled standard within the various industries Check and deburr work under magnification Ability to read technical drawings Select and identification of bushes & fixtures to ensuring protection of critical features Shot blast of components for cleaning and in preparations for future treatments ncleaning and protection of component Check and complete the necessary quality documentation Take responsibility for your work area Complete component tool sheets/SOP when required to new/other team members Understand and use KANBAN processes Ability to work as a team and on your own initiative
