Our children’s home near Tadley are recruiting for an experienced, vibrant role model to join their team as a Shift Leader. Our home is a comfortable, warm environment that supports the needs of children between the ages of 5 – 19 who have complex needs which include autistic spectrum disorder and learning difficulties. Our focus is to support our young people to develop life skills and independence in a fun, nurturing and understanding way. As a Shift Leader, you will: Take responsibility for a small team of staff and a group of young people. Ensure that the children and young people in your care are safe, healthy and able to make a positive contribution, realising their full potential through enjoyment, achievement and economic wellbeing. Work in the residential setting and be prepared to work on a shift system which will include early, late and weekend shifts.
